Hello! I can hardly believe that this is the last few days of 2015! Wow, what a year it has been… In all honesty, one I’ve never experienced before. I wish that I could say it was all wonderful things, but I would be lying. This year, I experienced some things I never thought I would. And I hope that after all it’s said and done, that I’ve learned from them. I am eagerly looking forward to 2016! Without sounding like a negative Nancy, I would like to take a moment to mention some of the many things I AM blessed for this year… My husband, my children, my faith, my family, my friends, my home, my car, my blog and all of you! Welcoming Winter Porch
Hello friends and welcome! I just really can’t believe that Christmas is this week, eek!! I feel like a little kid myself, when it comes to the week of Christmas! There’s so much I look forward to! On Christmas Eve my mom and I will be hosting Christmas Eve dinner at my house, followed by our Church service. The next day we wake up, open Christmas presents with the kids and get ready to attend brunch at my aunt’s house! That evening we will celebrate with my in-laws! It will be a busy two days, but it is SO much fun and I can’t wait!!
I hope that you are just as excited to celebrate with your friends and family! This time of the year is so magical <3 Today I have the pleasure of sharing with your our simple, welcoming Winter porch! I didn’t go all out this year, and I’m ok with that! It’s simple and pretty just the way it is!

Hey friends! If you checked out my post from last week, you got a little peek of my office decorated for Christmas! Well, today I get to share more of a reveal with you! I absolutely LOVE decorating for Christmas!! I am a firm believer you should have multiple Christmas trees in your home! This year we have three large ones on each floor and I’m also considering putting one in our master bedroom (but shh.. don’t tell my husband that part!) 😉

Hello there! It’s a pleasure to have you here today! As much as I am ready to bust out all of the Christmas decor and start decorating, I want to take a little time to reflect on just how thankful I am! I think it’s important that we don’t lose site of Thanksgiving and what it signifies! There is absolutely nothing wrong with decorating for Christmas early (and believe me, I will be!), but I also want to take some time to focus on the Holiday we celebrate this month first! Hello and welcome! I hope that you get cozy and stay awhile 😉 I’m glad it’s finally the weekend! Our community will have trick-or-treat tomorrow night and the kids are just itching for it! I hope that if you have little ones going out, that they have a great, safe time!
If you follow me on Facebook, you know that I mentioned the other day that we will not be hosting Thanksgiving this year, so my Christmas decor will be going up very soon! Is that crazy? It might be, but I’m pretty stinkin’ excited about it!
