{ Dressing Up Your Wreath! }

January 28, 2013 by Fotini Filed Under: burlap bubble wreath, burlap wreath, DIY wreath, peacock feathers, wreath, wreath tutorial 20 Comments

I’m going through another phase of obsessing over burlap bubble wreaths! You can view my previous tutorial  on how to make the wreath, here. These wreaths are so beautiful and don’t need much to make them stand out, but if you love pretty things like I do, then it’s fun to accessorize your wreath with the seasons!

My latest accessories were a charming, ivory feather and glitter covered “twigs”. I added these to alligator clips using hot glue. This way it’s easy for me to take them on and off as I want! I also made a stunning peacock clip. These feathers are just incredibly beautiful!

 So, what do you think, pretty fancy huh?!

Sharing this project on these lovely sites!

    cute… I need to get a blank wreath that I can change up like that. Lovely idea, especially for someone like me with not much storage space.

    Great idea! I saved my burlap wreath from being packed away after Christmas but haven’t done anything with it yet. Thanks for the inspiration!
