Hello gorgeous, how are you? I hope this post finds you well and looking forward to the weekend! As you are reading this, I am getting ready to take off with my husband for the weekend to Amish Country! We’ve rented a little cabin there, where we are looking forward to relaxing, enjoying each others company and exploring for a couple of days! So, with that said, you won’t be hearing a lot from me this weekend 😉

Well hello there 🙂 It’s Friday, and I can hardly believe it! Today is mine and my husbands 5th wedding anniversary! It’s hard to believe it’s been five years since our wedding! That is where I found my passion and desire for DIY! I started this little blog in preparation for my wedding and have kept it up every since. Hey you! Happy Friday 🙂 Is it just me, or did this week fly by? My oldest started school Monday, and I’m still finding that hard to believe. Fall is coming, and I couldn’t be more excited!! What about you? I know, I know.. I’m not going to start overwhelming you with Fall stuff just yet 😉
As you know, my color palette around the house is mostly neutral, but occasionally I love to add little pops of blue; navy to be exact! So, this week I’m sharing some beautiful blue inspiration with you all! I don’t have a doubt, that you will be loving these ideas!

Hello beautiful and Happy Friday!! It’s one of my favorite times of the week [fab pins of the week] where I get to share what’s inspired me, and what I love this week! Any special plans this weekend? We will be spending the weekend at soccer games, laughing with friends and family and a baseball game at a local stadium to end the day Sunday. My oldest starts school Monday. Can’t believe it!
This week I’m crushing on the ampersand! Does it ever get old? I think not! It’s an adorable symbol to add to any space for instant character. Do you have any as part of your decor around your house? If you don’t yet, I hope you leave here inspired to add one to your decor!

The World’s Longest Yard Sale!
The World’s Longest Yard Sale… If that doesn’t grab your attention, I don’t know what will 😉 I had the exciting pleasure of joining some of my blogger friends and travel to Northern Cincinnati to meet up with Krylon for the 127 Yard Sale! I am a born and raised Ohioan and had never heard of this sale.. How is that possible?
It was a busy, hot afternoon of streets filled with goodies and lots of colorful spray paint! Krylon came up with an awesome, and never done-before concept of finding 127 different items at the sale, spray painting them and selling them will all proceeds going to Charity Wings! The sale is in full swing and has some pretty awesome things, so be sure to check it out right now!! Click HERE!
I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by some of the incredible variety of colors and new products that Krylon has! Did you know that they recently came out with a chalky finish spray paint? I mean, are you serious? I cannot wait to try it!! While I was there I snagged a couple of my favorite go-to colors for some upcoming projects I have! The beautiful color pictured above with the van is satin catalina mist and I also grabbed satin oxford blue! I can’t wait to share with those projects with you soon 😉
It was overall an super fun day, filled with lots of laughs and new connections I look forward to having! With that said, I’m already looking forward to going back next year, but this time with a truck and trailer to haul all the goodies back 😉
