It’s one of our favorite family traditions to bring in my favorite season, Fall! Hello beautiful & welcome to Friday Favorites #53! Friday’s around Farmhouse Chic call for a weekly gathering of what’s inspired me the most for the week! This week I will be sharing a collection of things sure to inspire you too!

Do you have any exciting plans for the weekend? We are getting back into school mode at our house! The kids start school Monday! I have to say, I’m ready! I will miss them dearly, but I’m ready for more structure in their schedule & a little more ME time! Selfish? I don’t mean to sound so, but I have a lot of things to keep me busy around the house & business that I just haven’t be able to tend to 100% this Summer. I’m excited for them to make new friends & learn new things!

This weekend we are hosting our August Market at our storefront! What a fun few days that always is! It’s so much fun meeting new people, hearing their stories & getting to know them! Without beating around the busy, it’s Friday! I’m sure you’re just as excited as I am!! This weekend our mission around our house is to purge a little of the clutter! We plan to have a yard sale before the kids head back to school & get rid of some things! I think it’s going to be great. Getting rid of clutter always makes me feel better! Storefront Grand Opening!

Hey friends, things have been quite busy around our house and business lately! I wanted to update you on the progress of our store! We are in the final days of completion and couldn’t be more excited as our GRAND OPENING date nears! In case you missed it, our grand opening date is set for Friday, May 11th & Saturday, May 12th NOON- 5 pm. both days. The first 25 people each day will receive a goodie bag with a 25% off coupon on one item of choice, too!

Here’s what to expect the day of our grand opening event! The local Pataskala Chamber will be coming to do a ribbon cutting with us, Friday May 11th at noon! What a fun way to kick off our big day and include all of those attending! We will have a parking attendant directing traffic flow on the premises to ensure there is an organized flow throughout the weekend. Mr. Farmhouse Chic will be grilling up some of his speciality burgers and hot dogs on the grill under his food tent, for purchase! Dining tables and chairs will don the space for you to sit down, relax and enjoy a bite to eat! We will be offering personalized Farmhouse Chic sugar cookies and light refreshments inside the store, while supplies last! There will also be a portable bathroom on site.

We absolutely cannot wait to celebrate all of our hard work in that little 420 square foot space! Expect the store to be packed full of goodies, ranging from home decor, fashion, fragrance, furniture & jewelry! We are so blessed to have a total of 8 Ohio- local vendors bringing their goods to share with you all as well! Now, without giving away too much, I want to give you a sneak peek inside the store!

Our space is a little tight for the crowd expected to attend, so please bare with us as we will try our best to accommodate everyone as best as possible!

The support we have received from family, friends & the community has been amazing! Thank you to each & every one of you who support your local makers! We look forward to seeing you next weekend at our GRAND OPENING event!
