{ Wildlights }

December 6, 2012 by Fotini Filed Under: 25 Days of Christmas, Christmas lights, Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, Wildlights, Zoo 6 Comments

Day {four} of our 25 Days of Christmas, was visiting the Zoo, unfortunately that evening was raining so we went the next evening! It was cold but such a beautiful, clear evening to see the Wildlights! We live about 40 minutes away from The Columbus Zoo & Aquarium, which is such a beautiful park! Every year starting the middle of November, they offer the viewing of over 3 Million LED Christmas Lights! It is a truly magical sight to see!

It was my Grandparents from Greece, last night visiting before they headed back to Greece, so we enjoyed the evening keeping warm with hot chocolate, and embracing the beauty around us! My pictures aren’t the greatest, taken with my iPhone.

Christian and Isabella absolutely loved it, which made my heart smile 🙂

    Oh wow! You live close to Columbus?? I lived there for 8 1/2 years. We used to go to Wildlights every single year! 🙂 We are actually hoping to come up that way for a visit after Christmas to go to Wildlights before it is over. My husband has never seen it.

    I’m extremely impressed with your writing skills and also
    with the layout in your blog. Is this a paid theme or did you modify it your self?

    Anyway stay up the excellent high quality writing, it is rare
    to look a nice weblog like this one these days.
