Taking expensive ideas & turning them into my own ideas!
A couple weeks before Memorial Day, and I’m decorating the house in a patriotic theme! It’s perfect because we are so busy with birthday parties, bbq’s, camping, extracurricular actives, barn sales and whatever else comes up, that I don’t have to decorate for the 4th of July! I love adding a little patriotic feel to my normal farmhouse decor!
Hi there and welcome! I’m so happy you are here today! It’s an exciting day around here.. I will be sharing with you my farmhouse chic Christmas home tour 2016! Can you believe it? I just can’t seem to wrap my head around the fact that it’s Christmas time! But, I am so, so excited that it is! It is truly one of the most magical times of the year!

I would like to start by saying “welcome”! It’s a real pleasure to have you here today! I’m excited to share my 2015 Christmas home tour with you all today! I can’t believe I’m just getting around to sharing it.. Why’s that you ask? Well, because I’ve had my house decorated for weeks now! To be honest, I have had so much going on and stuff everywhere, that it’s not been top priority! But, I’m so glad that I could get on the ball enough 😉 This week has been nice, I’ve had a few days to really spend at home and get things done that I’ve been neglecting! I also have the pleasure of sharing my tour in Jennifer Rizzo’s Holiday House Walk! Fingers crossed I’m chosen to take part in the Holiday House Walk for next year! Congratulations to Jennifer and the fabulous bloggers that were recently featured in Good Housekeeping!
We will begin the tour with my entry way. Very simple, neutral decor here. I can easily add some color by adding a bowl of bulbs or throw pillow!
I still have a few minor touches to add, like the presents under the tree! Thank you for touring my living room with me and I hope to see you back soon!
