Hi friends! I’m so glad you’re here with me today! I hope that each of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family & friends! You may have heard me mention, that we were hosting dinner at our house! We do every year, & it’s really became a tradition I look forward to each year!

One that that hasn’t changed year-to-year, is the fact that I cook for an army 🤷🏻‍♀️ It never fails, I’m always worried I won’t have enough food & we always have too much, even after sending home leftovers! So, I wanted to share a extremely tasty recipe with you today, using turkey leftovers from Thanksgiving! I also wanted to share this effortlessly gourmet holiday dish with you all to incorporate a new meal into family week night!

For this recipe you’re going to need the following items:

  • Approx. 2 cups of cooked turkey.
  • 1/2 diced white onion
  • handful of fresh mushrooms
  • handful of fresh spinach
  • tablespoon olive oil
  • four cheese Alfredo sauce
  • Stella® parmesan cheese, See where Stella® cheese is available near you using this store locater!
  • Stella® shredded asiago cheese
  • cheese ravioli, or desired pasta of choice
  • brioche bread, optional

I typically do not measure when cooking, so I apologize for using words like “approximate & handful”, that’s just how I cook! haha. To begin, go ahead & bring water to a boil for your ravioli. In a separate large pan, caramelize your onion in the olive oil, over medium heat. Add your mushroom & spinach until fragrant. Follow by adding your turkey. Add your cooked cheese ravioli, Alfredo sauce and your fresh Stella® parmesan cheese. Combine everything over low-medium heat. The fresh parmesan will begin to melt into the sauce. Allow all the ingredients to cook for approx. 5-8 minutes, or until heated completely. Garnish with the Stella® shredded asiago cheese and serve with a slice of soft brioche bread!
