Alright ladies, every New Year we set our resolutions for the year.. Two of the most popular New Years resolutions are losing weight and getting healthy. Every year I say I’m going to lose weight, and it doesn’t happen. This year I’m determined to make a change! With that being said, I decided to join a weight loss program called ViSalus.
